We help people who already have a job offer letter. If an overseas employer has made you a written offer, we prepare and lodge the work visa application that goes with it.
We do not find jobs, place candidates, or endorse overseas job opportunities. Recruiting Indians for overseas employment is a licensed activity — it requires registration with the Protector General of Emigrants under the Emigration Act 1983. If anyone offers you a job abroad for a fee, ask to see that registration before you pay anything.
Check the visa type. You cannot legally work on a tourist visa or a visa on arrival — Thailand and Laos included. If someone tells you to travel on a tourist visa and “convert it there”, walk away.
Check the employer independently — not through the agent introducing you.
Never pay for a job offer. In Canada, the LMIA that supports a job offer costs the employer CAD 1,000. A worker asked to pay for it is being defrauded, and buying an LMIA-backed offer can mean a five-year ban from Canada.
We run these checks with you free of charge, whether or not you use us for the visa.
This step stops people at the airport, and most have never heard of it.
If your passport carries an ECR endorsement and you are travelling for employment to one of the 17 ECR countries — Afghanistan, Bahrain, Indonesia, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria, Thailand, UAE, Yemen — you need clearance from the Protector of Emigrants through eMigrate.
Many people are exempt. ECR does not apply if you have passed matriculation or above, pay income tax, hold a professional degree, or are over 50. Check your passport — no ECR stamp means ECNR, and no clearance needed.
Note that Thailand and Malaysia are on that list. The tourist-visa route used by scam recruiters exists precisely to bypass this check.
Clearance requires your passport, the employment visa, a demand letter and power of attorney from the employer, and the signed contract.
No country issues a work visa without a named employer behind it. Anyone promising one without an employer is describing something that does not exist.

We read your offer letter and contract and tell you whether the visa route matches the offer. We prepare the documents, complete the application, handle emigration clearance where it applies, track the file, and explain your visa conditions before you fly.
We do not decide visas — governments do. We never promise an outcome, and we will tell you if an offer looks wrong.
Send us your offer letter and contract. We will confirm the correct visa route, whether emigration clearance applies, and quote our fee before you commit.
