We have been preparing visa applications for travellers in Chennai since 2015.

In that time the work has not really changed: someone walks in with a trip they care about, a folder of documents, and a worry that something in it will cost them the visa. Our job is to find that something before a case officer does.

Shaji Kandambeth, Founder

Shaji started the firm in 2015 after years in the visa and travel industry. He has personally travelled to more than 42 countries — which matters more than it sounds. He has stood in the queues, filled the forms, and been asked the questions at the counter. When we tell you what a consulate is actually looking for, it comes from having been on that side of the desk ourselves.

The people who will handle your file

Your application is not passed to whoever is free. Each destination sits with the consultant who works on it every week.

• Arun — Head of Visa Operations. Over five years in visa documentation and our US B1/B2 specialist. The US is the one visa decided in a two-minute conversation rather than on paper, so Arun runs the interview rehearsals himself.
• Maharoof — Visa Manager. Over five years across our destination portfolio, handling documentation review and application filing.
• Meenakshi and Anoop — Visa Consultants. Schengen applications and the wider country portfolio, including the main-destination decisions that catch out most Europe itineraries.

When you call, you speak to one of them. Not a call centre, and not a different person each time.

How we work

• We assess before we invoice. If your case is not ready, we say so before you spend anything — including when the honest advice is to wait three months and apply from a stronger position.

• Fees in writing, split two ways. The government charge and our fee are always shown separately. We add no margin to government fees, and we think you should ask any agent for that split before you pay them.

• We tell you what we cannot do. We do not decide visas — governments do. We cannot influence an officer, obtain a slot that does not exist, or promise an outcome. Any agent advertising a guaranteed visa is selling something outside their control.

What we handle — and what we don’t

We work on tourist and business visitor visas, and arrange the flights, hotels and tours that go with them.
